Whats IMTA all about? Like..what did you do..and in reality how much does it end up costing?

So are you with Barbizon or Powers or whatever? My sister and I used to go there... well she graduated.. I`m glad I got out while I can. IMTA has this convention where tons of "agencies" come to scout people for acting, modeling, ect. My sis ended up paying about 500 something for the trip to NY, where the convention was held... It was all a waste of money. I wish someone warned me about it all... i`m still doing research about it... hope it helps!
