Hell yes.... Anyone can adopt as long as they follow the requirements such as backround check,drug test, etc....but no one can deny you just cause your a same sex couple:) Good Luck on finding that perfect chid for you guys:) Oh...listamato..how RUDE to say something like that which is TOTALLY untrue!!!Why dont people like you keep your narrow minded comments to yourself...Man...It sickens me to think there is still people ALWAYS ready to judge!:( Adopting Children is the BEST!:)

I do believe so but I don't know if u can in all states. I do comend you though on inquiring about this. Not enough people in this country are open to adopting children who need a family. And I think a decent family who wants to adopt a child should be able to. no matter what their race or sexual orientation as long as they are not a danger to the child. I believe a gay couple would make good parents. Good luck to you and your partner.

hi, i do not have stats both yet I fairly have lesbian associates who've noted rather boy named Duncan. Duncan is through potential of a approaches the most proper, proper articulated, proper balanced newborn I fairly have ever met. he's almost 10 now and loves his moms more effective proper than some thing. Being raised through potential of a gay couple has made him more effective understanding and empathetic to the struggles common human beings face in thir daly lives. also he appreciates the bond between his aprents more effective so then young ones of both sexed marriages via very actuality he sees and is conscious the chalenges they have confronted and the way it has presented them closer togetherl. they look a wonderfull and loving family individuals individuals

Yes, ofcourse they can cuz they have a right to be parent's just as much as any couple out there. I mean if they want kids why not be able to adopt then you know?

yes a guy couple could adopt a child.everyone thinks roles are diffrent for gays well it is not!

Yeah, but in my opinion i think that they shouldn't because down the road, having gay parents ruin a childs life down the road some were when they get older, or sometimes younger.
