Get a American visa into our country, and not to share it with other Mexican of your country, make them get their own also.
That goes for any Country not just Mexicans...
You need to choice which country you want to live in, and what country you would stand up and fight for , if ever we went to war...

First you apply a visa form. There are different kinds of visa types, get the right visa form completed and pay the money and the visa form to the American embassy in your country. Some counselor will go through your form and may ask for additional papers, you provide them those and face an interview. If they think you are eligible(which can only be dicided by them), they will grant you the visa. Now you make an itinerary and land in USA, then the next step comes, because you are faced with immigration officers. They are no less important then the counselors in your country's embassy because, if they can find any info suspicious, they can deport anybd, right away. So after you face them, they will go through your papers once again and take your fingerprint and they will give you another form(based on which visa you are in) and that will state the permissible time for your stay in USA. After this process, you are done with entering in USA. Now if you want to stay there for a while or maybe permanently, you have to apply for green card, which is also a lengthy way for atleast 3/4 steps and most cases it can be handled by lawers. Leave it to the lawers and pay them well, in most cases, the company you are working for in USA, handle the greencard processing thing. After applying for green card, all you can do is wait. The process takes varible times, for some, three months, for some 1 year, for some 3 years, for some maybe never. You have no control over this fact because this matter is in INS's hand and that is a black box, meaning you never know whats gonna happen. So this is pretty much the legal way for entering any staying in USA. Good luck!

The legal way is to go through the INS... The illegal way is to jump the border and sneak in.. And as far as you saying you love this country... Lemme tell you I was born here and I would NEVER go into the army.... You wanna live right?? Don't go... Bush will make sure of your death... You know how many Americans have already died this year alone over in Iraq?? And for what... because we want to make them like us.. Change the way they live?? That's not worth fighting for, and it's certainly not worth your life.. Do something better for this country, like becoming a doctor, or a firefighter, or a teacher... That will help us out more than anything!!!

Not ALL Mexicans are illegal. Just FAR too many are. The legal way for starters is NOT climbing over, or sneaking through a hole in the fence.

Legal is when you declare yourself as a U.S. Citizen, you need to get citizenship in order to live in this country legally. Coming across without an ID and living here is not legal

The proper way is ask for an american visa or green card, if the government gives it to you, then good. If not, stay in your country and try again until you get one. DON'T sneak in illegally.

Hi, Dear questioner, if you like to come to America or any other country, you must have your passport in your hand, you have to
ask for a visa, then if the consulate issues visa for you, than you can come in, otherwise jumping from the border, is illegal.
good wish.

On top of what the other people have said, serving in the US military will make it easier and take less time to get US citizenship.
