First I think you need to define what you mean by a part time relationship.
If you are just looking for sex, well there are plenty of places to look for that. If you are married and looking for a little on the side, get marriage counselling. If you are the kind of guy who works hard and has kids or other obligations and are looking for some one to date periodically, have some one you can talk to, listen to, etc., well, you could try yahoo personals.

when you are desiring a part time relationship, it is hard because others want a more everlasting relationship. A good number of people are looking for "the one" to spend the rest of their lives with. Usually, part time relationships end up going nowhere. Also, a good many people like to have a relationship where the other person is there when needed. In part time relationships, this can sometimes rarely be the case. Since both parties are involved only for the moment, the long term cares/desires/not wanting to hurt one another becomes meaningless. Most people do not wish this upon themselves; they are looking for love and peace, and most are looking for a life partner.

Relationships need full time commitment in the beginning. When you first take off in a jet, you notice that is when it is using the most fuel. In some jets, maximum throttle/power is used. Once it is airborne, the pilot actually lowers the throttle for the climb. Once the jet reaches cruising altitude, the throttle is lowered even more.
My point is that when you start a part time relationship, you will have to put more into now, then you ever will in the future (unless you cheat, then even more power is required). So, once you have established a relationship, and get it to cruising altitude, then see about settling back to part time.

relationships should evolve naturally- putting a part-time lable from the getgo limits the relationship and who wants to start a relationship with limits knowing it will only be part-time.

Because being in a relationshpi is a full time job in itself, and alot of people do not want to invest the time. Also the trust issue a lot of people have as well.

not every woman will say that they want to git married but in there heart they really do.. if you make it clear from the beginnig you never know... plus being picky is the less of your worries why not open your eyes a little wider the right woman could pass you by just because you couldn't see her....Peace Ro
