Well what movies are you into? I have a dog and we use to watch a lot of Disney movies, so I watched his personality for a couple of days, we was mischievous, didn't want to listen alot and was funny when he played. We named him Mowgli (from the jungle book). We also had a Rottweiler male named Sharakon(same movie)

We named ours Alsen (ali for short) after some town in Germany.

You could go that route - naming the dog after its breed history.

Winchester. But you really need to break him fast of the biting part. Otherwise, he'll bite everything and everyone in sight.

firstly, its a rottweiler, which is a german breed. which i think "kaiser bill" is a cute name for a german breed, especially if it is aggressive. had a friend that named his german shepard that. always liked that name.
