Soak in warm (not hot) water, slowly rotate and test your range of motion.Do not cause pain! Five days later soak in hot water for
10 minutes followed by 10 minutes in cold water.
Do this 4 times a day for a week or two followed by light
use.Ramp up use over the next three to four weeks with out straining.
After the third week do standing heel lifts if there is no discomfort.
Don't push it,Don't baby it, Be consistent

you can put a light weight around your ankle and walk around with it for a little while. Not too long cause you do not want to rehurt it.
