Apply for a Visa and see what the requirements are. Thats why we have Embassies in every country that allows us to. Healthcare people are in demand here.

I know the teacher's union there is getting fed up and want to sue the state for not hiring locally and getting them from the Phillipines.
This has to be corrected.
