Stay OFF the booze and heavy drugs, avoid church, have pets, go to Disney, play video games, watch a movie with kids, stay away from people who bring you down or treat you badly, eat food that's bad for you (even sometimes) drive with your stereo loud (sometimes), experiment with hairstyles, go out once in a while, don't be a party animal, don't have sex too young in life, avoid having children too early in life, don't work too hard.

Do what Moses, King David and King Solomon did for this. Fasting! Site below has info on it by 8 MDs. Any health expert will tell you it is most powerful anti-aging method. No pill will ever beat it.
In life you need to sacrifice one thing to get another-- food, for longer life. Like time (job), for money.
