The answer is A. fatigue. Hypothyroidism causes fatigue and weight gain. Hyperthyroidism (ex. Graves' disease) causes all of the other symptoms listed.

No expert here, but I had a mild case of underactive thyroid years ago. I was exhausted ALL the time... The other 3 symptoms you list are more indicative of an overactive thyroid.
