Do something for someone, you do not know, it will make you feel better. maybe you need a lover, or new job or new what ever- How about walking in the am. before work 15 Min's will do the trick. Sometimes we feel emotions and can't find any good reason where they came from. It's good that you are aware of how you feel even though you don't know where it is coming from. Sometimes when your feeling blue it's hard to find something that will cheer you up since your not in that frame of mind. I always found laughter to be one of the best medicines. Rent a comedy or if you want to unwind take a relaxing bath before trying to get a good nights sleep. I hope by tomorrow your blues will have gone away:)

get some rest. call your boss and say, "look i need a day off". it very much sounds like you ABSOLUTELY NEED it, and dont say you can't take one day off work. No matter how important you are, you taking one day off isnt going to make the world collapse. just look at our president, he takes an average of 3-4 months off every year he has been in office, and hes suposed to be the most imoportant guy in our government. so im pretty sure nothing will happen if you spend a day relaxing to some music or enjoying the beach or whatever you enjoy doing the most

I think you've answered your own question. The human body isn't meant to go go go all the time with no rest. Take a break. Another option is to do something nice for someone. Usually, if I'm helping someone else, I take the focus off of me and forget to be depressed.

I have days like that too. You just don't feel like doing anything and a bit fed up too? I usually eat some comfort food and watch a good film and have a good nights sleep. You'll feel much better in the morning :)

Watch a movie with Bill Murray. He will make you laugh as soon as you see his face. Or, check out some Seinfeld reruns. My favorite episodes are "He took it out" and "Nip". Lol, hilarious stuff. The writers for all aforementioned should have their stars on the walk of fame. Do it, you'll feel better. I promise!
