There are two basic kinds of cheaters. One plans on cheating from the first day she becomes his girlfriend. The other lets their hormones take over their better judgement and never planned on cheating. When they are done having sex, his better judgement may come back and make him think, "What have I done".
If he's in love with you, it would take lust, and a lot of it to cheat on you.

When I was single I could care less if I cheated. I knew that I was not going to get married to the person, any target was fair game. That's why it's called dating, engagement, then marriage.
Dating is just dating.
Now as for others I know. Guys cheat for all sorts of stupid reasons once married. Love is in the head of a woman and heart of a woman. Men it's just below the belly button then it grows to other areas. REMEMBER - Don't feed the dog, he'll eat somewhere else.
Wish I had more insight but it's really that simple.

If a guy is truly in love with his girlfriend he will not cheat.
A guy who cheats can never be honestly in love with his girl friend.

Looks like you are certain all men cheat, thats not always the case.
For starters, you need to have some faith in your bf and in your relationship.Your question is 'how much would it take for him to cheat on her?' instead of 'how much would it take for him NOT to cheat'. A lot of people will tell you - trust is very important in a relationship. I am not saying men dont cheat, they do, but not all.
Women say they dont like nice guys and prefer to date bad guys and then complain about men being pigs .. wow.. :)

its unimaginable, im madly in love with my g/f and whenever i look at another woman or lady friend i always think of my woman because i love her she is always on or at the back of my mind, if a man truely love a woman he wouldnt cheat, well not a decent 1 anyway, i agree that some men are tw@ats when they cheat, its wrong and dis-respectful, they probably just either get bored or just want a bit of a change for a while, hope you understand this, im not trying to hurt you by saying it x

Well if he is not being satisfied then he will resort to cheating and I think that is the only reason. Guys usually cheat for pleasure as women cheat for emotional reasons. Keep your man satisfied and he wont go anywhere!

most guys cheat not becoz they want to hurt their girlfriends but becoz when they c a sexy girl, the blood from the brain is diverted to the penis and so they jst stop thinking until something bad has already happened...still if u say that a guy is in love then, he will definately try to resist the temptation until ofcourse the other side (the other girl tht is) pushes him to get tempted...

If he is honestly in love with her, he wouldn't cheat. As to why some men cheat, they just don't have the moral character, to be true to someone.
Why do some people steal, and to other criminal acts, if you lack morals, you aren't to be trusted.

It depends on the guy, and their moral point of view.
I know someone who is loyal like a puppy.
I also know someone that dates other girls, but he never have sex with them.
Its all depend on guy. As to why they do it? Man has ambition and desires. More they have, more they want. Its how it is sometimes.
Even if guy has happy relationship with girl of his dream, he will still talk about hot chick they have met with other guys, or get distracted by gorgeous girl that walks past him while on date with his girl friend.
If guy has strong enough will, he wont fall into his desire/lust. If not. . . they cheat.
