If you are under 18 years old, that would be call MOLESTATION, and is against the law.
It "seems" odd to you that you KNOW this is wrong, but are confused as to why you liked it.
Let me help you untangle these feelings.
You did like the "feeling". Our bodies are tuned to like the feeling of being touched.
YOU DID NOT LIKE that your Mom gave you this feeling. That's just wrong!!! It is so wrong that it is against the law.
You are not the first child that this has happened to. It is very unfortunate for you, and I'm really sorry you're in this situation.
Your Mom has used her influence, your love for her, and her authority over you to confuse you, and make you feel like this is part YOUR fault I'm sure. Well IT IS NOT !!!
That is why the law was written to protect minors from this.
It is 100% HER fault to taking advantage of you in this way.
Now comes the scary part. Yes YOU are allowed to say NO to this. And you can scream NO to the Heavens, and she can't make you do this. She can try to brainwash you, and convince you that because it felt good, you should do it again.
But DON'T.
If you want that good feeling like that, you can get that with someone age-appropriate when you are the right age.
But NEVER a relative.
More scary though, is that she is HIGHLY LIKELY to do it to another minor child inside or outside the family.
Only you have the power to hope to stop that by telling someone what happened to you.
You have taken the right step, but asking questions.
Talk to a counselor at school, or someone at church, and tell them it was a "friend" of yours if you need to. But tell them what she did, so that they can get her some help to stop this illegal MOLESTATION of children.
This is not about love. It is about sick and twisted power over a small child. I'm sorry it happened to you. So now, just know you DO, yes you DO have people out there in the world who want to help you not ever have this happen again. Talk to them. And talk to yourself, and talk to her with one word NO, NO, NO, NO.
You have my heart on your side

You both need to talk to someone that's a professional. It sounds as though the both of you need some counseling.. Good luck in finding the help you both need.

Um...okay that's just wrong and nasty! She should not be doing that and she should be reported. She can't do that to you!! You shouldn't like it and you probably actually don't, it's just the feeling is good, but surely you don't LIKE your MOM doing that?!
