camel toe and shaving i think have nothing really in common you can be a woman and have "camel toe" whether you are cleanly shaven or you never shave.

I think shaving would help...but also the woman would need to wear tighter clothing...you still couldn't see it through the long flowing outfits...maybe some tight stretchy pants.
