My husband has acne on his back and he hates it. I don't care but he says it's gross and he wants it off. It's not like his back is covered in it but he's just that kind of person. We've tried washing his back really good but it doesn't seem to work so well. It's still there and it doesn't seem like it's really going away. I was wondering if any of you had any suggestions.

Treat it the same as you would acne on the face.
Like the face, if you scrub too hard it can remove all good oils and change the skin pH, so the body creates more to replace what you removed.
Just cleanse with a mild cleanser or gel, then use a toner for acne (w/salicylic acid) over the acne area.
Also, use a cleansing/exfoliating mask once a week. (a wash off mask, rather than a peel-off!)

hmmmmmm, get a really large loufa, lay it on the floor, have him lye on it with knees bent, and pretend hes gliding under the car to check the oil...
do this several times a night
he may loose several layers of skin...but his back will get the scrubbing it needs...lol

he can have acid peel done at the dermatologists office. its covered under major insurance and it will get rid of scars.
