First make sure that it is ture. Think to yourself and say do I love her, or am I IN love with her (though these things may sound the same, they are two totally different things) If it is true love, then try to drop hints that you feel this way and maybe get a sense of how she feels. Like you can tell her that you like her ALOT, like in a way that you can't explain or something like that. Then if you feel that she feels the same way then just take a deep breath and cook her dinner or something and tell her. Just make it special. GOOD LUCK

First off, do you two even go out? or is she someone you are obsessed with from afar?
If you all date then tell her, no harm can come of it, she might be waiting for you to commit anyway.
However if you are obsessing over someone from afar, you need to get over it and find someone for yourself and give up on the fantasy world.

Well express your self a different way by writting her a letter of a poem of how much she means to her. give her flowers, and ask her out. or just simply tell her you like her.

Ask her how she feels about you first, than give her an honest I think I am in love with you and see where it goes? You won't know till you try...

I would not walk up to her and say "I love you," but you should try to start hanging out with her and seeing what develops. After all, you never know until you try.

actions speak louder than words, you know what she like, so let go of the fear, and go for it, but take it slow, just be her friend, and don't make demands. Remember, you have to accept people for who they are, never can you change them.
