I would be flattered and i would enjoy the moment but there are many kinds of love. One kind is youth-full desire and this one is short lived. Love is wonderful but it also destroys. There should be a math solution to work out every parameter, if there was one it would include age, male or female, history, desires, inteligence, etc. Far better to go with the flow and live the moment. One day you will regret not doing so, you can only take memories with you when you die, so make a spectacular file of memories and you will never regret your life at the end.

My current husband who I am separated from said this after only about 2 dates. I told him I couldn't say it back that soon so then he said he only meant like a friend. It is a common sign of an insecure abusive person who only thinks of himself. I didn't know that then. He has been mostly emotionally abusive. Sometimes it is a warning sign not always though that if they fall in love that fast they can also fall out of it just as quickly because how can anyone truly love someone they abuse?
OR it could be love at first sight and meant to be. The question is how do you feel about them?

Zoe K I would seriously think d sum1 is saying it to advance things with me sexually. Had a guy tell me once he would never hurt me never leave me and d next week said he thinks we should call quits. I did not react as he expected I guess!!!
Like a number of people have said already play it cool and see how it goes.

I know plenty of people that are like that. The common denominator between them is that they're very inexperienced in real relationships. Some are young (16) and some are just not the type that get a lot of attention from the opposite sex.

Why is everyone so negative about this, havent they heard of LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT. It happens and it has happened to me. No one believed us either because we were teenagers, but now 22 years later we are still happy in love. My advice, take it slow if you are not sure but believe what the other person is telling you.

Well, it depends on your guys' age. And judging by the way you spelled everything, you're somewhere around a teenager. I think that when teens date "I love you" can be said so quickly, but if I'm wrong, and you're an adult then I think it's too soon. I would think either he/she just wanted me in bed or was immature.

I'd think they were mistaking their infatuation with me for love. Because often at that stage of the game, that's all it is so far. Love comes in time.
