We suprised our daughter with one and all the girls played dress up for the camera. We went to thrift stores and bought all kinds of (cheap) dresses, boas, hats, costume jewelry, ect. A lot of the girls brought stuff from their homes. They gave each other make overs and did each others nails. Ours turned into a sleep over because none of the girls were ready to go home!

First google "sweet sixteen". You will find many ideas on the web. Go to your local party shops and get their opinions. Get her friends to help you out and give you ideas. (Try her BEST friend first). Teenagers usually like things like jewelry, cameras, clothes. Have fun! Tell her HB for me.
