Find a local hospital where your daughter lives and speak with some therapists. They will know the protocals of what you can do. She can cause harm to herself or others with out her meds. Being Bipolar is not something to be ignored. Good luck to you and her

As for Quiet Riot over there with no words of wisdom......Is this your first time on a computer little girl? Does mommy know your playing with it??? GROW UP!!

My daughter just turned 26 and is bipolar so I feel your pain and heartache for your daughter's wellbeing and safety. My daughter has taken every med on the market. Nothing really seemed to help. My personal opinion only here - from my own experience - the only real thing that seems to work at all is constant prayer by me and close members of our family. God Bless and Good Luck.

im not sure if there is anything legal you can do but, comin from a bipolar person she needs to be on meds, when i dont take mine for a while it is a major mess and i get put in a mental health ward and it is hard to get out, i would how ever file for her to be put in a home, i think you can do that and someone has to listen cause she is a danger to herself, good luck and just lovin her is the best that you can do

If you can prove that she is a danger to herself or others then you may be able to convince the local authorities to put her in an involuntary psychiatric hold, however this is very hard to do.

if she were a minor you would still be able to make her take her medicine, but now there really isnt anything you can do to help her.

the best and most effective thing you can do is to pray for her and for yourself. try it.
