First of all, God is not human, thus is not a man... His son was while living on Earth. Goodness, no need to answer every question with God as the answer. He'll understand if you like, honor, and appreciate someone other than Him.

Second, to personally answer the question, it is my older brother. We are very close in age, we grew up together, played together, learned together and we are still as close today as adults as we were as children. I honestly like him as a human being because he is good and kind.

My father is an extreme close second because of the example he set for his family - strong work ethic, strong sense of self, and love of his family.

The most important man in my life will always be my Father, even if he isn't with me anymore - may his soul rest in peace. He brought me into this world, he changed my diapers, and worked hard to support me and my Mother for 15 years before his passing.

If you mean the most important man in my life who is presently with me, my boyfriend Joseph. We've been together for 9 months, and I hope many more. I love him with all of my heart, because he puts up with my unfrequent complaining, he comforts me when I'm sad or sick, and he's always there to talk to. He knows me just as well as I know myself.. He's both my best friend and my boyfriend and I could never ask for more.

I thought about saying God but I do not see God as a man but as the creator and above man. I would say my father but he was an abusive drunk now dead. I wont be so bold as to say myself for that whole self-hate thing.

I will say this old man I met when I was around 21 - I met him in the park and after saying hello sitting on the bench feeding ducks he said you know young man life can be hard and it can be soft - we spend it wrapped up in a mess of forgotten hopes and dreams - we often forget the basics of life and remember nothing but the pain and we take for granted our fellow man and assume way too much. It is up to each of us to open our eyes and see life and all the wonderful things it has to offer and never forget that one day nothing goes un-noticed. I went home and wrote this poem.

Bleeding Butterfly Wings
Author: William Watts

Another flight of hopeless dreams, where an endless night of bleeding wings, and nothing is at all what it seems, no tears are lost as the butterfly bleeds.

We think not of the horror within, as life begins to know it will end, living in hell and living in sin, we are losing the fight, we know we cant win.

The tormented souls that call us from hell, from our tortured lives we all know so well, with no one around in which we can tell, nor close enough to hear our faint yell.

The blood flows out in a puddle of red, the thoughts are a blur left in our heads, our life is hanging by just a mere thread, we know that soon we will be dead.

Another flight of hopeless dreams, where an endless night of bleeding wings, but everything is what everything means. No one is left as the butterfly bleeds.

End

Dad. He's always been there for me no matter what. I'd say God, too, but the God I believe in isn't a man. (or a woman, for that matter).
Hopefully my future husband can be the most important man in my life when my dad is gone.

Before my Husband it was my Father. He was a hard worker who supported his family thru tough times, he loved the garden and outdoors. He taught me the value of hard and honest work and taking pride in whatever I do. He passed away 16 years ago and I still miss him as much as if it was yesterday. He was a man of little words, but I knew he loved each an everyone of his kids. Now it is my husband because he takes care of his family, is a good provider, has a good sense of humour, he is my best friend and
i love him.

I had two important men in my life, One was my Dad and the other my Husband . Because they were always there for me no matter what. They are both gone now, and there is a whole in my heart that no one can fill.

My Father, he taught me everything I know and He set a very good example for me, by being faithful to my mother and treating her good, by raising 7 kids and working hard to make sure we all had opportunities in our lives. He is a great man.

My father because he contributed to half of me. Even though boyfriends come, they're there for your love life. Your father is the one who brings you up to this world along with your mother.
