Lasagna, meat balls, garlic bread and some nice red wine! Foodtv.com has some good recipes for meat balls etc... I made this meal for husband who flipped over the fact that I made him home sauce. Did this when we were dating... I am not really a great cook....but for some reason..it always comes out good. When in doubt --add more garlic!
Good Luck!

I unquestionably have a super recipe for spaghetti squash that could desire to delight you, as a vegetarian, and your boyfriend, the beef eater. it is fairly healthful, and don't permit the be conscious "squash" scare you because of the fact as quickly as you're making this meal you won't be able to even flavor a squashy flavor. Spaghetti Squash a million spaghetti squash a million lb. floor turkey a million onion 3 cloves garlic a million jar of your prominent spaghetti sauce (I choose Prego) a million/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese cut back the spaghetti squash in 0.5 the good distance. Scoop out all the seeds. place a million/2 of the squash cut back section down on a dinner plate. Pour onto the plate approx. a million/2 cup water. disguise with saran wrap and microwave for 13 minutes, until particularly mushy. intently take the squash off the plate to kick back and repeat with the 2d 0.5. O.ok. now that became the complicated section. next, in a extensive pot pour a small quantity of olive oil, or any oil interior the backside and positioned range on extreme. upload your floor turkey, diced onion, and diced garlic. cook dinner until it starts off to brown. The turkey will launch some juice because it chefs, save going until it evaporates and starts off browning. while meat is done turn the range off. Take the cooled spaghetti squash and scrape the interior of each and each with a fork and it will come out in strands like spaghetti. upload all of this on your meat and stir it in to combine. next, upload your cheddar cheese and combine that. Then upload approx. 2-3 cups of spaghetti sauce and stir. you basically decide for sufficient sauce to bind each and every thing, do no longer make it soupy. In a baking dish, spray some cooking spray and pour each and every thing interior the dish. mushy it out and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for 40 5 min. or until warm. certainly each and every thing is cooked and you could desire to consume it suited far off from the pot. yet, I basically made this at present and that i do it early so all I could desire to do is cook dinner it interior the night. Make some good garlic bread and a salad. in case you ever have the desire to make this vegetarian basically pass away out the beef. i'm telling you my father hates squash yet he loves this dish and so does my 6 12 months previous son. as quickly as you have made it you will see how consumer-friendly it is! while it includes the spaghetti sauce you additionally could make it besides which you like it. you particularly can not smash this dish. i'm hoping you attempt it and have a super marvel dinner! good success!

It doesn't matter what you cook...just serve it with no clothes on... :) Just kidding...I'm not sure how close you two are.
The first meal a lady ever cooked for me was chicken cordonblue (sp). It was great...but I was more interested in desert then the meal. :)

Try making London Broil (it is flank steak). My guy absolutely loved it.
Or you can always make Chicken Alfredo with garlic bread and salad.
