the hypocricy of it all. Doesnt it pist you off? It sounds like it does. I am not religious but I once was. After seeing all the crap I see from people who are religious, it only makes the religion weaker.

Wow, you've got some anger there. Let's address your points one by one.

God is everywhere. That answer is the same regardless of the situation. God being there doesn't mean He'll prevent bad things from happening.

Yes, religious people do curse. Religious people are merely people. They do bad things like everyone else. The hypocricy of criticizing others for their bad behavior is another way in which religious people display the same faulty character everyone else has.

Yes, religious people do sometimes have affairs. Again, just like everyone else. God does forgive. He is also aware of peoples' hypocrisy.

I'm very sorry your grandparents went to such a money grubbing church. That should never happen, but it does, all too often. There's no excuse for it, of course. All I can really say in response is that not every church is like that. Don't lump them all together into the same box.

There are bad people everywhere. Just because someone practices a religion does not mean they're a hypocrite. There are selfish, arrogant, overbearing people who don't believe in God and try to force THEIR opinions on others, as well.

I don't believe that you have to practice a religion or go to church to lead a good life and, if there is one, go to heaven. I can't believe in a God that would punish someone who has been a good person, but simply didn't pick the right faith or none at all.

I do believe that what comes around goes around. Most people attribute that to God. I more prefer to think of it as something like karma - not some entity making conscious decisions about your life.

1. God is always watching you just cause you hurt yourself or a family memeber dies doesnt't mean God isn't there. No one said being a Christian was all fun adn happiness.
2.God does forgive all our sin's if he didn't then why did he send us his son to die and be crucified..andit is recorded in history. the bible says that NO fornicator shall enter the kingdom of God but if repent and really mean it and don't do it again ..i would know my dad was into some really bad stuff anfd he repented and that doesnt mean he isnt as Chrisian since he really ment it.
3. I do not believe that giving monety makes me a christian
4. their is a big difference between religion and being an actual christian.....a budist is religous..there is a big differnece between them so dont think that religon makes u a christian.

God never said it would be easy, He did say it would be worth it. he gave us hope and faith that we can see loved ones again, He taught us of a place where we won't feel this pain. This life is the test. it is to help us grow and learn. We have to believe that there is God or there is no hope. I can tell you that there is hope, God lives and he loves, He know your pain and is only asking you to believe in this life in order to receive peace and happiness in eternity with you family.

Ew that sucks I dont know what to tell you cuz I have heard storied similiar to that from friends. There are good and bad people, besides that that didn't deter them from God because of what people did?! Humans are greatly flawed so they shouldn't be a source of why you don't believe one thing or another.

Do you believe in gravity? What would happen if you jumped out of a plane at 25,000 ft. without a parachute? If you jumped without a parachute not believing in gravity because you cannot see it, does that change reality?

Same with trucks on the road. If you don't believe in trucks, but step out in front of one doing 65mph, what's gonna happen?

God is self-evident in creation, design, and the order of things. You may not be religious, but one day you will die and stand toe to toe with your Maker.

No one is perfect. Man is flawed and God understands that. When something bad happens it is for a reason.
