well it seems at last there is a question on this site that i can answer....LOL
First you need to honest with all involved, share your fantasy with you girl. She needs to know what your needs are. If she flips out about it then you can always tell her that it was just dirty talk.
Ask questions, find out if she is the kinky type, ask her if she has ever been with a girl or if she has ever thought about it.
If all seems good and she is willing and open to the idea (don't tell her who you want) let her find the girl. Just a tip.....she may want to bring a male into the mix, don't freak, You cant expect to share ur bed just on ur terms. Swinging can be fun!
Just make sure that she i comfortable with everything first.
If you want to be a jackass about it you can always get the both of them drunk, but you may risk losing her trust.
