Well the best thing for you to do would be to get a copy of your credit report which is free now in most states I am putting the link below. if you have discrepancy's with what equafax or experian or Trans-union has to say about you then you need to call the Bureau that is reporting it incorrectly and you will have to call all 3 if it is on all three.
When you call and you get the prompts hit the 0 button to speak to a person and then ask to speak to a supervisor. tell them you have some major discrepancies with what they are reporting and you are demanding immediate assistance or you will have your attorney contact there office with a subpoena and they can explain it's inaccuracy's and there incorrect reporting to a judge.
Good Luck!!

You want to do everything in writing anyway. Keep copies of everything. If you have items on your credit report that are incorrect or are not yours, ask for the original bill. If they can't produce it, then they have failed to respond within the time limit you can have everything removed that they neglected to respond to.

Press "0" for the operator, that usually works.

And I say if you can't speak English, you can't have a credit card! Freaking A, learn some language if you're going to live here! Stop costing the rest of America billions of dollars in translation efforts!

It is very hard and frustrating to talk to someone. You really can't until you get a credit report and call them with your report number.

It totally stinks, but at least you can now get your report free now. One of the 3 had my info all mixed up too (had my identity confused with someone else's) and It's been incredibly frustrating dealing with them. Good luck.

your best bet is to hire a credit repair company. be wary of them though. they do all the legwork and get your messed up items fixed and fill out whatever paperwork is necessary to do it. try Credit Plus.
