you become a psychic by learning "cold reading" which is just using context clues and vague generalizations. So sure a psychic can read his/her own fortune because they already know a great deal about themselves and vague generalizations work for everyone.

You have to develop more of your right brain lobe function. Try meditation, creative exercises and such. There's also a ton of newer books out on it that will help you.
A psychic usually can't read their own fortune clearly because they are too close to the source (themselves) with their own emotional energy in the way.

sorry dude you don't become physicic you either are,aren't, or are somewhere inbetween in which case you can train yourself to progress with your abilities.
