Not lately, but yeah it's a Biblical problem. Abraham was stopped from sacrificing Isaac supposedly because God saw that he was willing to do it and that he was then convinced of Abrahams loyalty. Problem with that is it implies that God DIDN'T KNOW what Abraham would do AHEAD OF TIME. Since he is supposedly all-knowing, that really doesn't wash.
Also we have God supposedly telling everyone that to murder is wrong, but then he goes and kills a few thousand people in a couple of cities where he disapproves of their behavior, and tells his followers to kill others in his name in more than a few wars, inquisitions, etc.
Yep, pretty hard to swallow...

I've noticed a couple of people mentioned the sacrifice of Jephthah's daughter. This is probably a good place to mention that the sacrifice was likely not one of life in the sense that he killed her, but rather that he committed her to the Lord's service and she went to spend the rest of her life serving in the temple (which explains why she mourns that she will never know a husband, rather than mourn that she won't see the light of another day).
This is more in keeping with God's law against murder.
Either the asker of this question is severely misinformed or merely trying to stir up more dissension and anger... If it's the first, Christians do not now nor have they ever performed ritual child sacrifices. If it's the second... well.... um... ok?

Now a lot of people will point out the aborted child sacrifice of Isaac. This is not the only instance of child sacrifice in the bible. Judges 11 shows that at this time it was growing less common, but was still accepted. Jesus was not exactly a child sacrifice, but still a good example of human sacrifice.
When christianity was still in its infancy people would martyr themselves for the religion. This was usually an adult, but could often be a child.
Child sacrifice has grown rather uncommon in modern times, but still happens in Islam if you're interested.

The last canonical Judeo-Christian child sacrifice was that of Jepthath's daughter, where Jepthath swears to god that if he lets him defeat his enemies, he will sacrifice the first thing he sees upon arriving home.
It's his daughter.
So, she goes up to the mountain for a wk to "bewail her virgin state" and then her dad offers her as an offering to God.
Jepthath's daughter doesn't get a duex ex machina like Isaac did. So, other than that sacrifice, which God allowed and accepted, child sacrifice is not allowed for Judeo-Christians
No more sacrifice...unless you go to war and make the same vow, but then the new Testament changes the rules for sacrifices, so no dice that way either.

Christians do not sacrifice children. Pagans were the ones who were involved in idol worship, fertility rites, and human sacrifice. The Jews were continually warned against inter-marrying with pagan peoples for this very fact, and prophets in the Old Testament made sure the message was very clear and to the point. Get your facts straight. Any Bible commentary will help you out. I would be glad to refer you to anything written by W. Cleon Skousen. As for Christians, the only thing we have been told to "sacrifice" is "a broken heart and a contrite spirit." There are ordinances and covenants we may be expected to fulfill, such as baptism, but no human sacrifice will ever be part of the Christian religion. Jesus Christ sacrificed His life as part of the Infinite Atonement to bring about the Resurrection of all mankind.

So I doubt this is a serious question but no, Christians do not and have not performed child sacrifice rituals.

The last recorded child sacrifice in the Bible is Jephthah's daughter. The practice ended long before Christianity was even a twinkle in Paul's eye.
...of course, there are some whackos doing that even today because they think god is talking to them

Do you see the type of fools that are on the side of the atheists. Thank the good Lord when he said he will separate the sheep from the goats. Where do they get these stupid questions from? Where have this fool ever heard such ridiculous things? Pagans where the ones who did human sacrifices. It just so happens it see atheists are now doing human sacrifices in the form of abortions.

I don't know what you're talking about, but you must be referring to one of the folowing scriptures, but thse all condemn such acts (pass through the fire refers to a burnt sacrifice)
All quotes are from KJV
Leviticus 18:21
And thou shalt not let any of thy seed pass through the fire to Molech, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am the LORD.
Deuteronomy 18:10
There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch.
2 Kings 16 - Ahaz sacrificed his son(s)
2 Kings 21 - Manasseh sacrificed his son(s)
Jeremiah 32:35 - The children of Israel sacrificed their sons
All these acts provoked the Lord to anger.
