If you're one of those people who eat yougurt that expired a few days ago, then Tabasco lasts a really long time. How can you not use up that little bottle so quickly!?

it never expires. Most tabasco sauce is already 30 years old when you buy it.

I had some tabasco sauce. I'm not sure if it was bad but the colour changed so I just threw it out. I didn't want to try it....

Interesting question. We bought my husband a gallon (with his name printed on it) for his birthday three years ago. It's still sitting on the kitchen counter, unopened. We can see the ingredients starting to separate, but it has taken quite a bit of time to do this.
I suppose we'll see in another few years when my husband decides it's finally okay to open it!

It lasts quite a while, I think about 2 years before it starts going bad. I've noticed some of mine starting to change color (that's a good sign)

Yes It does and it should have an expiration date on it somewhere. If not you can tell it starts to look murky and not bright orange red, but you can tell trust me .
