Have you ever felt like losing your mind and going crazy. People stressing you out every day, yelling at you, telling you what to do, Screaming at you, Following you, forcing you to do things that you don't want to do, you ask yourself what is the point of all this, and what is the point of life.

Tell your personal experiences

Yes I have done that. One time I was so discouraged with how things were in my life that I truly thought I would get in the car and just drive for hours and hours. I thought if I could make it to the mountains some where, I would be able to just go around and curve and not make the curve. Thankfully, I never did it and realized that tomorrow is another day!

The point of life is to enjoy it. You need to live it to the fullest. I am sure the people you speak of yelling are probably your parents. One day, you will be grown and gone and making your own decisions, you just have to bear with parents. We learn on you all and sometimes we make mistakes.

If you are an adult and people are screaming around you, I think you might want to rethink whatever situation placed you where people yell all the time. Do you really need to be in that situation?

Good luck and let me tell you, don't drive off the road. Tomorrow is a new day and you might have a life changing experience and if you drive off the road, you'll miss it.

How do you not go insane dealing with life? I vent through writing, imagining, my puppy, et cetera. Have you ever been tempted to go insane? Of course. When I was little I would always try to crate my own little world in my head. I pretty much succeeded. Have you ever felt like driving off the road when you are in the car? Yup. What do you think will happen if you did drive off the road? I would probably drive into a tree. And die.

Absolutely!
I have absolutely felt like just going crazy.................I think that maybe some of the people in our society labeled as "crazy" have actually just decided, "Hey! that's it! I give up. I'm checking out"..............and I wonder if it is a relief to them? or once they completely let go of their sanity do they even remember making that decision? ......but back to your question. I have many times in my life been so overwhelmed with stress, that I have considered, just driving off an overpass or something, or sailing out over the Grand Canyon like Thelma and Louise. The key for you to stop feeling this way, is going to be for you to set boundaries. This is going to be especially hard for the others in your life who have become accustom to your being the way you currently are....(possibly taking on more than you need or should be). It takes a great deal of work and self discipline to set boundaries. Also, this one fact changed my life: To believe that you have any control over anything is an ILLUSION. You have no control. The only thing in this life that you do have control of is your REACTION to the situation at hand.

I work in an intensive care unit full time, so I can fully relate. I have found "my time" to reflect the day and process everything with horticulture.
When my father died 3 years ago, I thought I fell off the edge. Everything I knew was changed. I cried everyday for about a year. I finally decided I have had enough and changed my thought process. Life is a gift, and it can be taken from us in the blink of an eye, so I believe the good and the bad make us who we are, and I'll take a bad day rather than not having that day to begin with.
But, stress is a major part of my everyday life!!! It makes us who we are !! :-)

Onion gets my mouseclick when the time comes.. great answer..
To answer the real question.. my mind shoots off like a rocketship far more than I care to admit to.. and when it goes.. it goes :)
Your life is exactly what you choose to make it.. with every decision there is a consequence.. perhaps with this in mind you need to get away from everything that is putting over the edge of you stress limit.. make the decision to take care of yourself first before being a convenient target for the ones around you. yep, it's all a pathway with no roadmap.. if you are stressed out beyond control.. you either have a medical issue that need to be fixed or it may be something as easy as taking a different path by making simple decisions.. like perhaps choosing not to put yourself in harms way. change something.. diet .. exercize.. take a vitamin.. get some meds? if suicide seems like it is a worthy option.. you are running very low on time to make a decision. keep the faith in yourself.. it will pass with every good decision you make from now on..

No. I don't put up with that kind of sh!t. You shouldn't either. I would never, ever do anything that would harm or kill me or any other person. Just because you may feel stressed does not give you the right to drive crazy and perhaps kill someone else who just might want to live.

If you are in a situation such as you describe, you need to extricate yourself from that situation. If it means you need toget an education so you can be your own boss, then suck it up and do it.

Yes,painful but true.Being an entrepreneur of an essential commodity, and burndened with a unionised work force,i was constantly compelled to undergo stress at work place. It was workers unfair demands, succumbing to those. If not then frequent illegal strikes, moneymatters, pressures from above, family, kids,oh.One thing i cant ever forget, when a worker lodged a false FIR against me stating that i was harrassing her.I was called a t the police stn for clarifications, stand in frnt of law.Indian laws are partial towards workers. The tremendous pressures forced me to take a second look to the business i was into.I quit.Though it ws the only income source.left alone with kids. But i m much at peace now,as if it were a seven year rigorous imprisonment managing business i never liked.

Everyone has stress in their lives. The trick is to learn how to deal with it. Get some help - there are groups that you can join to teach you how to manage stress. Take a yoga class - that will relieve a lot of your stress. Above all, pray every day. God will help you if you ask Him.

Yep. I swear if I ever win the lottery, I'm going to go buy a junker, and when I drive if someone pisses me off I'll ram them, get out, hand them a couple thousand, tell them that they're horrible drivers and leave.
