I feel great about it! I really don't mind interracial dating. I think its beautiful when people can express their feelings and not bow to the status que placed on us by society. People forget the culture of america and so it seems, there isn't what they would describe a "problem" with this situation, They choose not to address it, well the "problem" is people being color blind, to the specifics of the word, BLIND TO THE COLORS AROUND YOU. They are unwilling to accept them and hence they are not there or you are blind to them. I don't believe in color blindness, its ignorance, it needs to change, be aware of the wonderous variety around you and accept it. I Think its extremly interesting to learn about other people's ways of life. I think its really sad that people of any race can simply 'dis' others becuase they are of any color.

If two people care or love each other it's fine with me. The color of ones skin doesn't make a person. It's what's in their heart. A interracial relationship is not a problem. The problem is people with narrow minds.

In my humble opinion, love has no color. I'm black and I have a hispanic husband. We've got three beautiful kids together. Yes, we have encountered some forms of rudeness from people who are close minded about the issue. And if you don't feel you're strong enough to handle the rudeness, (and yes, there will be rudeness), that's okay. Only you know your limits. Just know that you can handle it if the need arises. That's the only way you'll get through it. Good luck to you. Being in love is one of the most wonderful experiences in the world.

You should be able to choose your mate regardless of the color of their skin, country of origin, religion or any other "identifying" characteristic.
Just be aware that cultural differences can make some relationships more of a challenge, and if your families are prejudiced, you will have some extra stress.
Still..your life is your own. If you can find someone you love, who loves you back and treats you with respect and kindess, you are a fortunate person.
Letting skin color take that away or deny you that relationship would be very sad indeed.

Race is so not a big deal anymore you see interracial dating everyday, the color of your skin has nothing to do with you as a person. I would rather date someone outside of my race that respects & loves me than to be mistreated by someone who is the same race as I am. The way I see it why limit yourself to just one race, when your chances of finding that special someone triples when you don't restrict your search to just black or just white, asian & etc... just focus on finding the one who makes you happy & who loves you for you.

As long as it isn't my daughter or son doing it one day, everyone else can do as they wish. As a personal preference, I would like to be able to tell what my grand-children are made up of ethnically. I don't like it at all.
Also, black guys like to date white girls just to try to be noticed, because they think they are proving a point, and they also like to piss a girl's white father off. My daughter should never date a black guy or a Latino, I will knock their butts off of my front porch and tell my daughter to get back in the house.

whatz wrong with it. Girls of all races are hot. there's nothing wrong with it. I've heard racist people say some **** about in the bible it says something about sheep laying down with sheep and goats with goats... what the hell does that have to do with humans. what do they consider themselves? i don't know... anyway, interracial dating is ok, and interracial marriage is ok. i don't think anyone should worry about what other people think of their relationship as long as they're happy with who they're with.

My girlfriend is tiawanese, but we've been together so long that we hardly think of ourselves as being interracial. Sometimes people look at us strange, but I don't think that there's any serious stigma surrounding it anymore.

I CAN NOT AND WILL NOT JUDGE YOU IF YOU DO DATE SOMEONE OF ANOTHER RACE. BUT I ONLY DATE WITHIN MY RACE. I THINK IT IS TOTALLY ACCEPTABLE IN TODAY'S SOCIETY, BUT AS EARLY AS A DECADE OR TWO AGO IT WAS NOT TOLERATED BY MANY. EMBRACE YOUR RELATIONSHIP AND KNOW THERE MAY BE COMMENTS MADE BEHIND YOUR BACK AND TO YOUR FACE BY SOME NON APPROVING INDIVIDUALS BUT DO WHAT YOU FEEL IS RIGHT AND IF YOU FEEL LIKE DATING OUTSIDE OF YOUR RACE THEN GO FOR IT!

I think the title should be removed to just dating. We are all people. Thats it. Race should never be an issue.
