alaska king crab and london broil

LONDON BROIL
Servings: 8 (5 1/2 oz. each)

4 lbs (2 large) flank steaks
FOR THE MARINADE (makes about 5 1/2 cups):
16 oz (2 cups) salad oil
8 oz (1 cup) soy sauce
8 oz (1 cup) Worcestershire sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp dry mustard

MARINADE INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all ingredients for marinade; blend together well. Place flank steak into marinade. Use small enough container to allow flank steak to be completely covered by marinade. Marinade 24 hours minimum and not more than 4 days or flavor of the meat will be overpowered by marinade

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat grill to 360 degrees F for 1/2 hour.

Drain marinade from meat. Reserve marinade up to two weeks if needed.

Grill flank steak to medium rare. This will take approximately 10 minutes cooking time total. Hold cooked flank steak in warmer if necessary.

Transfer the steak to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes.

Slice cooked flank steak at 30 degree angle 1/8-inch thick slices: This is essential to keep flank steak tender.

King Crab cooked in cajun spices, andouille sausage, corn on the cob, new potatoes, and either a long island iced tea, fresh squeezed lemon-ade (extra sweet), or a perfect margarita from Applebees. For dessert, I would have to have a blondie from
Applebees as well.

Appetizer would be an assortment of dry cajun, wet cajun, suicide, lemon pepper, and buffalo chicken wings.
Then, for an entre it would be a mixed grill type of idea with a 12oz top of the line, boneless, juicey med-well steak, with BBQ roasted potatoes, plus, madras curried chicken with steamed basmati rice followed by a personal, thin crust pizza loaded with spicy sausage, pepperoni, feta cheese, hot peppers, ground beef, red onion, artichoke hearts, and seasoned pepper sprinkled on top.
Not that there'd be any room but, for desert, I would have pumpkin pie loaded with ice cream and whipped cream, followed by a large brandy snifter of Butter Shots liqueure, and, (as much as I hate Tim Hortons) an X-large Hazelnut Smoothie with a bit of cream.
Hey, I figure, if I dead I might as well die happy and full!

Whoa!

O.K. Here it goes: Scotch Eggs (I'll include the recipe if anyone wants it), 2 screwdrivers, and chocolate mousse cake!

1 pound bulk pork sausage
1 tablespoon fresh parsley -- chopped
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
4 hard-cooked eggs -- shelled
1/2 cup fine dry breadcrumbs

Combine sausage, parsley, onion, cinnamon and nutmeg; mix well. Divide sausage mixture into 4 portions; shape into patties. Place one egg atop each patty, shaping the sausage mixture around egg till completely covered. Roll each sausage-covered egg in breadcrumbs. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F. oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
