ok, brother pervey pirate, i don't think the other animals on the island had much respect for king kong except fear and the same goes for the people in new york city too.
years ago mad magazine had a king kong thing called kink konk, the little monkey that could. that was better than the movie.
i think brother jesus would have enjoyed it.

It depends on what kind of respect you're talking about. Some people only give respect to sheer ***-kicking abilites (King Kong) other people appreciate social reformers and hero's (Jesus)
As for me... it pretty even.
