What if you don't want to spend eternity with your family in heaven, but that's what your family wants? How can it be heaven for both sides?

who is to say that all memebers of your family will be in heaven? or are you just making this a part of an assumption?

I know that I will be with my loved ones in heaven. It's the only reason that would justify life here on earth.

There will be a purification process where the hurts, dislikes, are mended by God ... after all nothing unholy gets into heaven ... and God is love, so God will enlighten you to all that is love before you get there.
