I think I answered this question already but here it is again. Do not have professional pics done for the agencies since she is still a baby you won't need to. Send 3-4 snapshots with name, dob, eye color, size, and your # on back of each pic. Also write a small letter to the agency. Work off of this list they are reputable if you want to look up additional agencies use http://www.sag.com or http://www.agentassociation.com/ they will provide you with additional reputable agencies. Good luck!

Call a reputable agent for a modeling agency in Chicago. If you aren't sure of any, call the Better Business Bureau or the Chamber of Commerce. Any good agent will give you the God's honest truth (not that you don't have a beautiful baby, but they will tell you if the baby will get work, and if your baby is really a type being looked for).

Personally, its an area that has a lot of rejection and trouble. If its something you would like to do, good luck!! :)

I was told the same thing with my middle child. But, what you and others around you think are beautiful, others may not. I would just keep your beautiful baby for yourself and family. Imagine how heartbroken you would be if some modeling company told you she wasn't "pretty enough". One of my close friends "thought" her baby was beautiful and entered her into a contest only not to be even picked for the top 50. If you are still serious about it, check out the web for "beauty contests" and give one a try.

Went through the same situation and it did not work out well. Watch out for scams. Go to a reputable modeling agent with your baby and get their honest opinion. There are a large number of beautiful babies, so do not be upset if you are turned down. If they think they can do something with your child, then go for it, but be careful with the contracts. Read them carefully. Otherwise just enjoy raising your child.

Good luck. Unless you know someone who is in the biz it wont be easy.
Most of those baby models you see in ads, flyers and print are related to someone like the company itself, photographer or marketers or advertisers...usually its their kids.
