Allergy to latex: open sores, bumps, itching. Happens to the areas that were touched by the latex item.

Condoms: you can get latex or lamb skin that I know of. You would have to read the boxes to find out for sure if there are other materials.

Are you sure you're allergic to latex? You would get reactions elsewhere from touching anything with latex in it (band aids, balloons, cleaning & rubber gloves, etc.). It's also possible to be allergic to the spermicide used or another item used in the making of the condom. Check with your doc.

If it doesn't state what materials are used on the box, maybe call the company. Yes, you can have a allergic reaction to condoms. Burning, itching, bumps. You need to see an allergist to check for latex allergies.
