In a crowded, overheated, smelly gym.
8 people suffered heatstroke and had to be removed by ambulance. I was treated for heat exhaustion after graduating with the highest honors and accepting the English award.
I spent the whole ceremony looking for my family, only to discover they had gone home because of the heat, and left me all alone--though I had only done the ceremony for them.
As for college--much the same, though my family didn't abandon me that time, as I had given them a stern talking to.

football field in the summer in texas.......HOT! oh and not to mention i graduated with 596 kids. I was in the middle with a last name of "G"

I was a drop out, but my class was in the gym in Nashville, illinois. I DID get my GED thank you very much.

my graduating class had almost 700 people. I'm from Dayton, we had ours at the UD arena (university of dayton).
