Language is the most complex thing that humans learn to do. You cannot make it "easy" without "too much in detail". LOL
EDIT: And, BTW, NO ONE speaks Esperanto as a native language and no one ever has. Several thousand people use it as a second language, but it has never been a native language.

Yes, it is possible. Ludwik Zamenhof did it in the 19th century, it's called Esperanto, and apparently about 1000 people in this world speak it as their native language.
