I agree with coccanut it could be a sign of infection or appenditcis, you need to get it checked out immediately. When you push on it do you feel pain?

Information on the appendix:

The appendix is a small finger-like pouch that protrudes from the large intestine. Appendicitis, which is most common in people ages 5 to 30, is generally caused by an obstruction that leads to inflammation of the appendix. There are no particular risk factors for appenditicis. It is not preventable, so early detection is very important.
. Watch for signs of pain and/or tenderness in the navel area that moves towards the lower right of the abdomen over the course of a few hours. The pain is often described as severe and sharp and worsens with any movement.

2. Take your temperature - a low grade fever may be a sign of inflammation and infection, a possible sign of appendicitis.
3. Watch for signs of nausea, vomiting, or loss of appetite.

4. Call your health care provider if you exhibit any and/or all of these signs and symptoms. If you are unable to reach your health care provider, go directly to the nearest emergency facility.

P>S> Footnote : I'm not a doctor nor do I claim to have any knowledge, but the high bilirubin could also be gallbladder you really need to go asap to a walk in clinic or a hospital.

I hope this helps

Do you have acute pain, fever, nausea, vomiting, and loss of appetite? These are the signs of appendicitis. If it is appendicitis, then go to the ER ASAP, because if it ruptures, then you could die in 24 hours.

Do you also have a swollen tummy (big and tight) or fever and vomiting? That could be something else.

It could also be food poisoning, infection, or anything really. Here is something I found that it could be:

Stomach acid

Too much alcohol, hot and spicy foods, and smoking all cause too much acid to be produced, which irritates the stomach lining. If the lining of the stomach becomes inflamed then this causes an upset stomach, usually with indigestion pains. Anti-inflammatory medication such as ibuprofen can irritate the lining of the stomach too.

Whatever it is, you should call your doctor or his nurse, explain your symptoms, and see how serious they think it is. They may be able to tell you something to take over the counter if it is minor. But if it is major, I would go in right away.

Was the stomach pain before or after the anxiety reaction? Sounds like time for a trip to the doctors [insert specialty type here]. Best wishes =)

Darlin, I'm neither a doctor nor a holistic healer, so I won't try to give you advice on something I know nothing about.
All I can tell you is that if it bothers you too much or causes you pain, get checked by a professional.
Good luck, M'dear!
I do hope you feel better soon, so you can pick us a tune!

(And maybe I'll play along on my git-fiddle, if the mood strikes....) :-)

infection? appendix? press in on your lower right side, if it hurts more when you remove your hand...it's your appendix...get to the doctor fast, you don't want it to burst (at least you don't have an infected belly button...ahem)

Ya, i'm most likely sure you have a problem either with your appendix or a hernia.
