You want to pray to god to intefer with this person's free will so they'll see things your way? That's just a tad bit egotistical to think 'god' needs your help and that thee doesn't have them exactly where thee wants them to be in their life. Prayers like that are spells.

Nothing is worse than hearing "I'll pray for you" from someone you know damn good and well won't. You just have to smile politely and say "thanks." And inside you're thinking "Who the *** do you think YOU are?" haha.
Don't get me wrong. I'm not against prayer at all. But it's silly when people use "I'll pray for you" as almost an insult, or a way of saying "Boy, you're a heathen." And don't tell me it doesn't happen. It most certainly does; I've seen a million times.

You are an Agnostic.... What would you pray to? Honestly? Your heart maybe?
And why not belittle theirs when they belittle ours?
An eye for an eye works just fine with me.

no because you are belittling them for saying theirs is wrong. Respect is a two way street. if some one is making fun of your religion just calmly say " i didn't push my religion on you and i am not asking you to believe what i believe" then walk away.

Only if they are doing it to you. Then, make sure you tell them which God or Goddess you are praying to, just to give it that extra edge.

No, as this can be seen as belittling. Maybe that is the irony you intend. I'm not sure. :)
