It comes from tons of people, and is always phrased the same way, not to mention it sounds like an advertisement. (And half the time it's not useful at all.) What's going on here?

I keep seeing the same copied and pasted answers for questions in different categories, so I think people are being paid to spam the sites as answers. I think it is a way to promote traffic to these websites or their services.
