Sickness in the continent of Africa is the result of the white slave trader's greed for money. If they had of supplied that continent with resources in exchange for every slave that was taken away, the continent might not have a need for a helping hand, today. Now, this continent needs the rich-mans money to set-up irrigation systems and/or water pipe-lines etc. to help avoid diseases and sickness. Realizing this, why do you see so many Africans living in the USA? So do as is advertised on television... send your money over there? Help feed, cloth and medicate, just as people are helping others here in the USA. Have you seen how many people line up at the shelters in the winter season? This is only my opinion...once again!

Poor healthcare and living conditions. Proper diet and nutrition, that most people do not get, are all part of the failing health of Africa and also here in these United States. The thing about it is , is that most of us have access to improved health and nutrition and they don't.

Maybe because Africa is a third world country in some places without the same hopes we have of a hospital in our city or qualified medical personnel to help them? Makes you think, doesn't it?

I believe that is mainly due to the fact that people live in unsanitaze areas and the closeness to animals. There is also the lack of resources and lack of eduation so the people do not know how to take care of themselves properly. But that is just what I think!

Both are good for you, each fruit/vegetable has different vitamins. Therefore as more variety, as better. Vegetables have generally less sugar than fruits.
