Okay..its this guy, he lives across the street from me. So yesterday, he was going towards his house from my side of the block, i happened to look up, because i was talking to someone, and there he was looking at me, and then he jecked his head in another direction. Last summer, our block had a block party, and he kept waving at my mom and i, with a big smile on his face, is he trying to get in good with my mom, to get with me or what. I dont talk to this guy like that, but I did when I was younger, but that was when he first moved on our block. Anyways, he's always looking from his house over at me, whenever I'm sitting on the porch. If he likes me, why isn't he saying anything, why is he just staring. Should I make the first move, or is that taboo.?

make them move...what is the worst that would happen? it sounds to me that he is too shy to make the move..so go girl sounds like you have a MAJOR shot!

no its always better 4 him 2 make it an yea he's tryin 2 get 2 no yo mom so he could sometimes come 2 yo house 4 u an 1 day ya'll probaly b goin out if this is happening

Maybe he's shy, or he's just trying 2 b frendly. A good way to find out is to ask him yourself. GOOD LUCK

ok well either he is a weird stalker due that has shrines of you in his basment, or he just has a crush and he is trying o make it oviouse he likes you.........i was joking about the shrine thing
