To remix a multitrack recording you will need multitracking program. For straightforward playback, Audacity ( http://audacity.sourceforge.net ) will work, and is simple, but it will be slow and not intuitive. You will likely want a more complex program. I use Digital Performer ( http://www.motu.com )on Mac OSX, but the most versatile program, in my opinion, is Ableton's Live ( http://www.ableton.com ).

COOLEDIT 2003 PRO.

Go to http://www.bearshare.com and d/load the free version of bearshare. Install it, and when U figure out how to search/and download (easy-peasy bit!) look for the Cool Edit with a keygen or a crack or better still - the username and password. They are out there dude - go get!

Cool is a 1st class music editing piece of software and freaks me out. I love it. Especially when my wife is drunk and raving off at me - I simply turn on the record button and then after she's done raving at me - I do the edit and turn her voice into a demon (well, she was already that!) or even Boss Cat or Tweetie Pie!

Have fun!
