Tell you what man you can't give the girl everything she wants when she is PMSing, otherwise she will know that every time she acts like that she can get whatever she wants. It's understandable that she is bleeding, uncomfortable, irritable, and in pain due to cramps, but that is no grounds for her to take it out on you. She'll snap at you, cry, scream etc etc etc and blame it all on the PMS, seriously she has been dealing with the same damn thing month after month since she hit puberty, so for you to have to deal with the nonsense and basically become her slave for a week is b.s. Just be compassionate and yourself, if she starts Bi***ing for no reason tell her that she is being irrational and that you don't deserve that kind of attitude. She has no right to take it out on you. It comes once a month but if you make her see that it's not cool to take it out on you, she will be more aware of her actions, if she is a rational. From time to time you will have to reinforce the idea that it's not your fault for her having her period and PMSing. Good Luck ... we all need it ha ha.

Try to make her feel comfortable. Her hormones are going crazy and cramps will cause her to be in horrible pain. She may even feel achey all over. Get her comfy on the couch with pillows and such and give her some chocolate and put on a movie SHE will like. If she starts getting stressed, don't add to it. Ask her what you can do to help and that will be the best thing you can do to make her feel better.

It is my belief that PMS does not make us moody, however it does lower our tolerance for BS and stupidity! While during the other three weeks of the month we are able to just suck it up and bite our tongues when guys act dumb, during that one week of the month we are not able to put up with any crap. Therefore, don't act dumb, try to BS us or give us any **** and you should survive just fine, LOL

don't start any arguments, they tend to get violent. understand what she is goin through, and yeah, if all else fails, beer or a blunt. the beer might make her even more violent though. the blunt should work though haha

Act like yourself. Sure she may be a little moody and bite your head off, but we don't want y'all to act all different around us. Maybe a little more compasionate, but that's about it.

Buy her tampons and simply put up with her. There is really nothing you can do to stop the PMS cycle.
