Film or foam, just scoop it off it you don't like it, your milk will taste the same.

That stuff is real good!! In Colombia we make a Dessert made out of that film. Sugar and other sweetners are added its the best!! It is called Postre De Natas!

Yeah it is a film. if you heat the milk, but not quite boil it, then that should eliminate the milk film...eww I hate that stuff
