I go to the website and click on the download icon, but the block where the installation complete movie's supposed to appear just stays empty and nothing happens. What should i do??

Yes, I went to the macromedia website and tried it directly from there, still nothing.

Did you go directly to the source on the adobe website?

Go directly to:
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash&promoid=BIOW

You can control it by clicking on the install link.

Also go to TOOLS, then Internet options, and then go to the security tab. Click on CUSTOM LEVEL and you need to make sure all your Active X options are enabled.

Then go to the advanced tab and make sure the "play animations in webpage" is checked under MULTIMEDIA. Almost everything should be checked under there except the first two and something about placeholders.

If problem still persists, please go to:
http://www.adobe.com/go/full_flashplayer_win_ie

The download popup should automatically come up. I think its the other easiest way.

Maybe you haven't installed the program yet. After downloading, be sure that it's installed. Then restart your browser and check the site again.
