Make an almost equal parts mixture (with a little more flour than anything) of flour, salt, peper, and paprika in a plastic ziplock bag, drop the chicken in, and lightly cover the chicken with the mixture. The coat the pan with oil or butter cook on each side till no longer pink in the middle.

A real simple yet delicious way I use in to marinate the chicken in a little soy sauce for about 10 minutes. Heat your skillet at a medium-medium high setting, add about a tablespoon of olive oil(per piece of chicken) and heat. Dust your chicken pieces with a little garlic powder, salt & pepper and saute. This also work great on a George Forman grill as well. Enjoy.....

Brown it well, then drain the fat, and add I large sliced sweet onion, 1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms; Let that saute a little, then put in a can of crushed tomatoes, season with salt and pepper. Stir up all the good browned stuff from the bottom of the pan. Simmer 45 minutes or until chicken is done. DELICIOUS.

I like to spray the frying pan with some Pam, then heat it up, put the chicken in the pan, and pour Italian dressing over it. Then I season it with some spices that I like. It's good with potatoes and like garlic bread texas toast.

Try a mixture of lemon juice, parsley, garlic salt, pepper and poultry seasoning, and flour.
Coat chicken in spices and flour mix. Cook on low in butter for about 45 min., adding lemon juice periodically (directly on chicken). This works best on skinless chicken.

I like to use boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, thaw them first if frozen, dip them in milk, then coat them with italian bread crumbs, or cracker crumbs, and cook them over med. heat in olive oil in the frying pan. Yummy! you could use a cut up fryer, too or any type of chicken you like, skinless or not, or even Rabbit or fish, if you like that.

i usually just cook chicken breast with some type of spray butter and then add some poultry seasoning or red pepper. you can also throw in all types of vegetables, like carrots, green beans, peppers, corn, or potatoes and make a healthy meal. you can also use different flavors of marinates that you buy in the bottle at the store.

good ingredients are: Dry white wine, fresh garlic and basil sauted with olive oil and butter.

also try dry white wine, butter, garlic, a bit of tomato paste, basil and thyme.

OR, olive oil, mushrooms and juice of 1 lemon, mmmmm picata!

One hint for cooking with wine, if you can't drink it, youcan't cook with it. I mean if it tastes bad. NEVER NEVER NEVER use "cooking wine" it's all salt. YUCK!

Mushrooms add flavor and moisture. Thighs are moister than breasts Good luck and happy eating!
