Putting it in your food might actually make you GAIN weight. I've heard from some sources (but I question the validity of it) that muscle is heavier than fat but why this is I don't know. Plus the powder was intended to be mixed with water to form something like a shake in a sense so why you're trying to reinvent a protein shake I honestly don't know.

The key to losing weight is a nutritionally complete solution. A commonsense approach to nutrition that includes low-glycemic carbohydrates packed with soluble and insoluble fiber, low-fat sources of protein, and beneficial fats. And by eating small, low-calorie meals frequently throughout the day, you will create a caloric deficit without going hungry, making it easier for you to start losing weight.
Instead of putting the protein powder on your foods, I'd start with a low glycemic protein shake that has good carbs, good fiber, low fat protein, and the good fats we need to be healthy. If you want suggestions on a great low glycemic meal replacement, just let me know!

NO,
Eating a well balanced diet and exercise will help you lose weight. Body builders take that stuff to bulk up not down.

no....too much protien will ruin your liver...just good diet and exercise....eat good carbs in the day so you can use them up and more protien at night so your body will use that protien for healing when you sleep...and eat breakfast within the first hour of waking...eat small snacks every three hours after....good luck...its not instant so be patient
