Is it hard for you to get pregnant if you are overweight like 200 lbs when ur 5'3"?

Of course you can. Your size means nothing in getting pregnant.
Also of note, the larger you are, the less likely birth control will work.

It will be harder to get pregnant, just ask any fertility dr or read a magazine article on how to get pregnant. The first thing they tell you to do is get in shape/lose weight. Being obese lessens your chances of getting pregnant, but in no way eliminates them. My best friend who is over weight, has 2 perfectly healthy baby girls.

It might be more difficult for an overweight person to get pregnant. Fat stores estrogen. The more fat you have, the more estrogen you have in your body. The more estrogen you have, the less likely you are to ovulate. No ovulation=no pregnancy. Of course this isn't true in ALL cases, but it is VERY common.

Of course. It is sometimes a little harder for bigger girls to get pregnant, but it's not impossible.

it doesn't matter whats size u are if you do the do UN protected you could get pregnant
