Every time I try to run my whole body starts itching and I have to stop to start scratching. It starts to hurt if I don't stop. I have a really badly deviated septum and I have a hard time breathing through my nose when I run, and I have hypostasized that I am not getting enough oxygen and my blood cells are craving oxygen and my body can't handle it. Am I right. Any doctors out there that have a good answer?

Surgery (including rhinoplasty)is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges all types of surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as all surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.If you still havent got your surgery done, you are better off getting it done in India.

I suggest that you first get a heart rate monitor and use it. You should keep your heart rate right around 130 to 150. This might seem really slow to begin with, but as your body begins to get used to running your speed will increase. I think you start itching because of the increased blood circulation/oxygenation. When I started running I had the same thing happen. I am not the fastest runner, but I can run a 5k in about 25 minutes. This coming from a girl that ran the mile in high school in 14 minutes...at best. As far as breathing you should be breathing in and out through your mouth. I have also read where it it good to breath in for two counts and breath out for three counts. Your body naturally inhales more than it exhales. Anyhow, best of luck with running.

You have dry skin and when you start to sweat it is causing irritation. Hose youself down before you run or put moisturizer on and you will be fine.

Lack of oxygen will cause bluish lips before it will cause other physical symptoms. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

You're just tremendously out of shape. Save the running for the fastest man in the universe, me.

I used to have that problem, your body itches because your muscles are being used more than they are used to. You just need to practice more; you are having all the problems because your body doesn't have a lot of endurence
