it may help to look at psychological causes of why you can't lose weight. do you have strong will power in other things? are you overall disciplined? to me losing weight is extremely hard without someone else helping you. i mean a professioanl. "as fast as possible" weight loss can reflect on your health negatively. if you can't help your cravings for sweets and baked goods, make sure you eat them BEFORE 8 AM; that way you'll burn them out during the day. have your last meal BEFORE 7 PM, preferrably 6 to 6:30. NO dairy, no fats for that meal. if you're really hungry, better have some grilled chicken, or fish, or steak with some salad or boiled veggies. that way you won't feel hungry until bedtime. don't drink with your meal. some moving, such as at least 20 minute walk early in the morning will help; do some light stretching, no harsh exercise because you may pass out when you eat light and exercise hard. meditate and tune yourself in for a healthy nutrition; find some cool fun activity to keep your mind off food. ABSOLUTELY forget ANY snacks or eating between the meals. This last thing may shock you: don't drink too much water, it will swell you up. this "secret" is already seeping through, and some celebrities follow it. go one step at a time, don't go on a scale every day. sometimes you don't see a difference in pounds, but your size goes down. it may not be a quick solution you're looking for, but i know it will help in your long term goals. i wish you good luck.

Exercise of course. Dont be lazy. Get some exercise. And you saying you have no control over your weight is so ridiculious. Get control, because if you dont you will succumb to things like diabetes or spider veins. You sound like you have given up and that is why you have no control. The real problem you have to face is that you need to realize what you really want ansd go for it.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

After years of continually abusing your body through sedentary habits and eating an improper diet of high-glycemic foods that spike your blood glucose levels, you find it becomes harder and harder to lose extra pounds and maintain a healthy weight. A poor lifestyle can cause your body to over-stimulate the release of insulin--the body's storage hormone. In essence, if you keep overeating sugar and high-glycemic carbohydrates, you will be more likely to gain weight.
you need a commonsense approach to nutrition that includes low-glycemic carbohydrates packed with soluble and insoluble fiber, low-fat sources of protein, and beneficial fats. And by eating small, low-calorie meals frequently throughout the day, you will create a caloric deficit without going hungry, making it easier for you to start losing weight.
About 5 days on a low-glycemic diet and your bodies chemical reaction to food will be "reset". When you eat high-glycemic foods that are full of fat and sugar, it can cause your body's blood glucose levels to quickly spike and then crash, leading to feelings of hunger sooner and seemingly uncontrollable cravings.
A better choice is to eat low-glycemic foods which keep blood glucose levels more stable, helping to reduce carbohydrate cravings, leave you feeling satisfied longer, and control your appetite more easily.
