LONDON BROIL
Servings: 8 (5 1/2 oz. each)
4 lbs (2 large) flank steaks
FOR THE MARINADE (makes about 5 1/2 cups):
16 oz (2 cups) salad oil
8 oz (1 cup) soy sauce
8 oz (1 cup) Worcestershire sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp dry mustard
MARINADE INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all ingredients for marinade; blend together well. Place flank steak into marinade. Use small enough container to allow flank steak to be completely covered by marinade. Marinade 24 hours minimum and not more than 4 days or flavor of the meat will be overpowered by marinade
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat grill to 360 degrees F for 1/2 hour.
Drain marinade from meat. Reserve marinade up to two weeks if needed.
Grill flank steak to medium rare. This will take approximately 10 minutes cooking time total. Hold cooked flank steak in warmer if necessary.
Transfer the steak to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes.
Slice cooked flank steak at 30 degree angle 1/8-inch thick slices: This is essential to keep flank steak tender.

Shark's Fin/Spaghetti Squash soup!
Here is the receipt:
Description: The cylindrical fruit are four to five inches in diameter and eight to nine inches long with rounded ends. The rind is hard and ivory colored at maturity. The stringy flesh resembles spaghetti when scooped out of a cooked fruit, and has a nutty flavor.
1/2 pc Cooked Spachetti squash
8 pcs Mushroom, sliced
2 Egg, add water and beat well
4T Corn starch
1/2 C Bamboo shoots, shredded
1/4 C Green onion, chopped
1 tsp Ginger, chopped
1 C water, mixed well
Seasoning: salt, seasame oil, pepper, black vinegar
1. Wash the outside of the squash, steam for 30-45 minutes, depends on the size of the squash. Cut the cooked squash in half lengthwide and remove the seeds. Take the spaghetti-like strands out with fork, cut stands short with scissors, and place in a bowl. Drained the squash juice into the saucepan.
2. Add water to the squash juice, put in mushroom, bamboo shoots, and ginger to make soup.
3. Add in cooked spaghetti threads, salt. Bring to boil.
4. Stir in corn water mixture, bring to boil, stir in egg mixture, thicken the soup. Serve with chopped green onion, seasame oil, pepper or add 1/2 tsp of black vinegar. According to your taste.
Optional: Steam spaghetti threads with egg and milk, or mixed with butter, any kind of salad dressing, or spaghetti sauce, you like, it taste delicious.

It looks like I may order out from a pizza shop-Flyers.I am craving an italian sub and my bf. likes their sandwich called a nightmare which is like a sub with a hamburger patty added and the works.
